"First time visiting this food court with our local friends and it did not disappoint! First all there are tons of choices and ample seating which is all so very comfortable and well ventilated. Shockingly we were able to get a beautiful big round table even during the morning rush. All of the choices CKT, Hokkien mee (Penang) kolo mee , dim sum and fried breads were EXCELLENT. The only disappointment was the Roti Canai (telur) but everything else was incredible and the kopi was also rich thick and flavorful. Highly recommended!"

"Good variety of food stalls open by 7 am. I ordered roti canai and taste is so so. The fish curry abit diluted. Son tried the nasi lemak. Good except the sambal lacks the typical sweetness....maybe that's more healthy Hot drinks are ok."

"First experience here at this coffeehouse that is home to over 10 stores, met with a constant crowd, we were lucky to find a table for 9 promptly with the help of the stall owners! The food were decent and priced fairly, nothing really stood out but the selection from within is worth a visit, most stores serve you at the table too - so it’s great for ordering across multiple stores without having to queue and wait at one"

"Visited 13/10/2023 bright & Sunny Friday Morning . The following sharing are based on our unbiased personal opinion and experience Had a bowl of piping hot Mee Hoon Kueh for breakfast in JB Permas Jaya Restoran Xin Thian Man. It was a huge and busy coffee shop. Too many options and choices to choose from. Since I'm alone I just settle something easy and got myself a seat nearby and patiently waited for my food to be served. I order a cup of Kopi O for RM2.20. Kopi was thick and bitter and that's what I like. Minutes later my Mee Hoon Kueh was served paid RM78 for it. It was a very simple Mee hoo Kueh with mince pork, fish & meat balls and egg . Soup has a little sweet taste I think it's the MSG inside. Overall a very satisfying breakfast but get ready to down ton of water water Haiz"

"As usual, very busy. Food is good. Great crowd and not too hot. Normally ventilation is below average but compensated with good variety of food."
